Together, we explore the emotional and physical adjustments of early parenthood and how they can influence how we feel, the choices we make, and our relationships with ourselves and others.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This group is suitable for parents with babies aged newborn to 12 weeks.

Held over three consecutive weeks, each session allows time to unwind, connect, and build confidence during the early weeks of motherhood.
