Salt & Oil Magnesium Oil Spray 150ml

❥ YOUR NEW SECRET WEAPON FOR RELAXATION & WELLBEING ❥
Replenish your magnesium levels quickly and effectively with this pure, natural, magnesium oil spray. It's the little addition to your daily well-being routine that can have a BIG impact.

Known as the miracle mineral, magnesium is used in over 300 bodily functions. The stuff that keep us functioning that we are blissfully unaware of. But many of us don't get enough of it, even if we take an oral supplement or magnesium cream. Differences you might notice when you apply your Mag Oil daily are:

• Stress relief and improved mood
• Relaxation
• Improved sleep
• Fewer sore, tight muscles, headaches, cramps and restless legs
• Energy boost (sounds like the opposite of the relax and sleep parts, but it’s all related!)
• Family friendly, suitable for the kids too
• Suitable while pregnant & breastfeeding

Our oil is made with pure, concentrated magnesium flakes from an ancient minerals field in Tibet, that are formulated to both food and pharmaceutical specifications, with no added fillers like flow agents. We add filtered New Zealand water. That’s it. As with all our products, it’s not been tested on animals. Only very happy humans!

NB - magnesium balance in the body is controlled by the kidneys, so if you have a kidney issue, please check with your health provider before taking magnesium supplements such as magnesium oil.

Simply spray it on your skin and massage in. About 6 sprays is good.

We recommend applying it to your feet at bedtime for a magnesium boost that may help you get a good night's sleep. You can apply it to any area that’s feeling a bit stiff or achy. Some people like to apply it straight after their workout.

Mag oil is for external use only. Avoid contact with your eyes and other sensitive areas such as broken skin. Don’t apply to skin that will be exposed to sunlight as this may cause irritation. Don't apply to newly-shaved skin.

• If you experience chocolate cravings it’s thought your body is giving you a big hint that it needs some magnesium. Try using your mag oil every day and see if it makes a difference!
• Pro Tip – If you’re lucky enough to go for a massage, take your magnesium oil with you so your therapist can super boost your session!

Are they any reasons I shouldn't use magnesium oil?

• There are some contraindications for which you'd want to check with your health care provider before supplementing with magnesium:
• Magnesium can lower blood pressure so, if you have low blood pressure or are taking medication to lower your blood pressure, this should be taken into consideration.
• If you have an extremely slow heart rate, please be aware that magnesium, as a muscle-relaxant, can also cause your heart rate to slow further.
• People with kidney failure or other kidney disorders should not use magnesium oil as it is a salt product.
• If you have regular insulin injections, please note that regular use of magnesium oil could lower the amount of injected insulin you require. It is imperative you check this with your healthcare provider.
