APPLICATION

apply externally on the chest, neck, throat, and/or back as often as required to support the immune system and respiratory health when under threat

FOR ADULTS ONLY - alternatively, add 1/4 tsp of the formula to boiling water in a ceramic bowl and leave for a minute on a counter before closing your eyes and putting your face over the bowlif the steam temperature is comfortable for your face, put the towel over your head and breatherelax and breathe for a minute or two, you might cough right away - that's fineyou might want to take your head out, blow your nose to clear it and go back under the towel
